This villa community is a prestigious residential development overlooking the sea. Located in a picturesque place with a mind to the environment, the standards set for the project met the highest in Europe.

When the previous roofing contractor experienced difficulties, MONIER was called to the project. Through our experience and ability to offer a complete roofing system, we could recommend the right solutions for the project and train workers with cutting edge techniques. The project was rescued.

Braas Frankfurter Pfanne Natural Red tiles from MONIER Ukraine were selected as part of a complete roofing system consisting of a wooden roof structure and underlays, as well as ridge & hip products and wall abutments. The roofing system provided a classic look in terms of colour and structure, with the right aesthetic appeal to make the houses look their very best while answering to strict environmental requirements.
