MONIER Poland is taking part in a large housing development project in Walendów, Poland, a suburb of Warsaw. With plans for 700 new homes to be built over four to five years, MONIER Poland is supplying the roofing materials for what will be 181,000 sqm of roofs in total.

Plans for the housing development originally specified metal roofing materials, but when developers considered the high quality and excellent performance offered by MONIER Poland, they chose to switch to a complete roofing system instead. The Braas Celtycka tile with Lumino technology in red was the perfect shape and colour for the project. And put together with the roofing components, the new houses offer a higher value and comfort to inhabitants, who can rest assured that their new homes are well protected.
