Monier Group underscores commitment to top quality
Group-wide policy to further increase customer satisfaction

Luxembourg/Oberursel, 21 September 2011 – The Monier Group is further strengthening its commitment to the highest quality standards with the introduction of a group-wide quality policy. The new policy summarizes Monier’s commitment towards external and internal target groups and is part of a comprehensive quality management system for the entire group. As one of the leading suppliers of building materials for pitched roofs as well as of chimney and ventilation systems, it is Monier’s aim to provide products and services that meet the highest regional quality standards. The company is also systematically and continuously improving its processes and performance in order to fulfill or even exceed customer expectations.
Based on the existing high quality standards of the Monier Group, the new policy ensures a structured and continuous further development of the area within the whole organisation. The new guidelines will be closely integrated into the company’s management systems. In order to further strengthen quality management, a new position was created at group level.
