MONIER GROUP joins EPIA

Leading supplier of building materials for pitched roofs expands photovoltaics activities

Luxembourg, 8 August 2011 – The Monier Group was admitted to the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA), which is headquartered in Brussels. EPIA is the worldwide largest association of the photovoltaics industry with more than 240 member companies from all sectors of the industry.

“This membership underpins Monier’s growing activities in the European solar sector” , says Pepyn Dinandt, CEO of the Monier Group. “Through our EPIA membership, we are hoping to gain an exchange on photovoltaik trends and for our interests to be professionally represented on a political level and in legislative procedures. I am certain that Monier, with its many years of experience as a system provider in the pitched roof sector, will also make valuable contributions to the  association, especially when it comes to complete PV roof systems.”
