Monier Group acquisition of Bramac now complete
Transaction now formally concluded in Bosnia too
Monday 18, July 2011
Luxembourg, 18 July 2011 – The Monier Group’s acquisition of the Bramac Group became effective on 30 June 2011. However, the integration of Bramac’s Bosnian operations, which in 2010 accounted for approximately 2.7% of Bramac Group sales, was delayed, as at that date it was still subject to regulatory approval in that country. This has now been granted. As a result, the transaction is now complete, and the Monier Group owns 100 per cent of Bramac.
