The project was a highly prestigious one: a gated community of thirty luxury villas. It was the first time that the client and MONIER had worked together and the first time too that concrete tiles together with a selection of roofing components had been used on a development of this kind in India. The three month delivery deadline added to the pressure.
MONIER India worked closely with the client and invited them to visit the factory to see the tiles in production and to understand MONIER’s strict quality control measures.
The Elabana antique grey roof tiles were delivered on time and to exacting quality and colour fastness standards. Using a combination of valley sheeting and wall abutments together with the tiles added another quality level to the prestigious project. The result was a stunning residential development which was launched for sale as planned thanks to MONIER’s service quality in production and logistics. The client and MONIER are working together on further projects, show-casing excellence in an expanding market.
