CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT

The MONIER Group strives to act with integrity in all business actions, fulfilling the highest ethical standards and complying with all applicable national and supranational laws. The principles set down in the Code of Business Conduct are the means by which the MONIER Group achieves this – by providing this guidance, which is directly relevant to our employees and their business duties.

Key issues covered in the Code include compliance with competition, trade and corruption laws, the avoidance of conflicts of interest, respect for individuals and the environment, protection of the Group’s assets, transparency in financial reporting, and the importance of internal audits.

The Code of Business Conduct applies worldwide, and governs both the Group’s business activities and its dealings with governments, non-commercial organizations and the public. All MONIER Group employees have a duty to comply with the Code themselves, and to ensure that everyone in their team or under their supervision also does so. There are no exceptions – even where the Code goes against established local policies or customs, its requirements must still take precedence.
