TRIALS, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION

Before manufacture of any new product begins, an extensive programme of trials, testing and implementation is carried out.

These trials can take place at production locations and at Monier Technical Centre's own pilot manufacturing facilities.

For many products, the implementation process includes the in-house design and manufacture of tooling made by the Monier Technical Centre Foundry and tooling workshops.

Trial products and pre-production products are subjected to rigourous product & systems testing to ensure that they satisfy national, European and international standards, as well as MONIER's own more demanding specifications and quality approach.

It is only when all of these development and testing processes are complete that a new MONIER product will be launched into the market.
