We also measure customer satisfaction at regular intervals with standardized, independently run surveys.

Our commitment to quality also extends to our own organization. We are always helping our staff to develop and grow through training, performance benchmarking, knowledge transfer and innovation. We set measurable quality targets and monitor progress towards these.
